Still no unlimited turns, and no response either. If it goes another day I'll have to reverse the charge. Please respond!

Alright, I think I see what happened, I went back and checked my email and apparently I have to click 'get it now' in the email... I didn't see that explained anywhere. A response still would have been awesome, but I won't charge back this.

Argh! Sorry I didn't respond, I really need to figure out why phpBB isn't sending me topic notifications. :P

The receipt text says to click the link. Maybe I should deploy the SHOUTY CAPS or something. Sadly I can't figure out a way to eliminate that step with gumroad.

No problem if it does say that, I missed it for certain though. SHOUTY CAPS might be a good idea!

I've got a similar problem. I clicked the link on the receipt, but it gets hung on "Unlimited Turns downloading". What to do?
I'm using Chrome with ad-blocking software disabled.

Hmm, I've always gotten a warning message from Gumroad if my server times out or errors when processing that link, but I haven't received anything, so perhaps:

a) Gumroad was down when you tried. Their status page reads all clear, so I guess if it's still happening right now then that's not it.

b) Either gmail or your e-mail software is intercepting your click. You could try right-clicking on the button, copying the link address and pasting it into a new tab. That'd prevent most things from interfering.

Anyway, I'll take a closer look at the logs to see if I've received anything on my end, but at this stage it looks like it didn't get that far.

Nope, nothing that's reached my end.

It'd be great if we could figure out what's intercepting the click on your end so I can figure out a way to prevent it from happening to anyone else, but if you're stumped, let me know and I'll unlock it manually.

Tried again with Chrome running in Incognito Mode, still a no-go. Also tried clicking the link directly from G-mail and a secondary client; doesn't seemed to have worked. Copy-pasting didn't do the trick. Also tried clearing all cookies, cache, history, etc. :( That's all I could think of doing.

Anyway, my email for the game is the same as for the forums. Let me know if you need any other information (and thanks for the help! :D )

Weird, the link in your receipt works for me (chrome, via gmail). There must be some aspect of your set up that I'm failing to replicate. The "Unlimited Turns downloading" bit is a Gumroad page, so I'll ask them if they know of any incompatibilities in that step. Thanks for your help.

Hello !

I dont know if i am on the right topic,
but i have an issue on the payment page.

There is no css stylesheet, no functional javascript (only white page with basic HTML code, button and links dont work at all)
and I can not input my credit card number for payment.

So i can not play anymore...

Is it still happening? It's showing up ok for me, so it might be a momentary thing. If you're on the gumroad page, you can safely hit Reload; it won't disrupt anything.

Huh, which version of IE?

One thing to note about IE is that Refresh doesn't actually reload the page in most cases. The only thing I've found that'll make IE reload is clearing the cache.
